Labuyo, Tangub City—September 4, 2025, the College of Education (COE) at Northwestern Mindanao State College of Science and Technology (NMSCST) didn’t just host an event—it sparked a great day to inspire Future Educators. Inspired by the anime Fairy Tail, this year’s COE Days theme—"๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐: ๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ฃ๐ฃ๐ค๐ซ๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ, ๐๐๐๐ซ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐ฟ๐ง๐๐๐ข๐จ, ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐พ๐๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ช๐ฉ ๐๐๐ข๐๐ฉ๐จ ๐๐๐ง๐ค๐ช๐๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ค๐ ๐๐๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ง๐๐ฉ"—turned the PE Academic Building into a living, breathing arena of passion, pride, and pure adrenaline.
The program started with a parade led by the NMSCST-ROTC Unit and NMSCST Marching Band followed by the five guilds, namely: Saber Tooth, Phantom Lord, Mermaid Heel, Raven Tale, and Lamia Scale.
The five guilds rose to the challenge, each one surged with energy, their members roaring chants that shook the air. The building was alive with vibrant shirts, painted faces, and hands, with resurging energy across their excited faces.
The guild wars started with the Banner Raising Competition, Unit Character, Bench-Cheering Competition, and Street Dance Competition. The second part of the event started with Pop Solo Competition, Vocal Duet, and Song Competition. There were events that were held simultaneously: Mobile Legends, Chess, Quiz Bowl, and Creative Classroom Strategy.
This 2-day event is a testament that future educators do not solely focus on harnessing their minds, but also about building connections with other people.
Throughout the celebration, one truth rang louder than any yell: when students unite with purpose, they ignite something far greater than competition. They spark connection. They build a legacy. They inspire.
